Payment
1. All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
2. You can pay us either via Online Banking and ATM Transfer, payment can be make by Maybank or CIMB bank. Account number will be email or sms to you once your order is confirm.
3. After we will send you our banking details upon confirmation of order, please make payment within 3 working days to avoid automatically cancel of your order.
Delivery
1. To save your budget, we have two pick up points at the moment, Damansara and Subang Jaya but by proper appointment only. For buyers who wants to pick up their items, we will deduct an amount from the total price items.
2. All order will be shipped by PosLaju Malaysia. You may also request for Post Express with a cheaper shipping fee but it's only limited for a small item only.
3. Postage for Pos Laju :
- West Malaysia costs RM 6 (transit time is 1~2 working days)
- East Malaysia costs RM8 (transit time is 1~3 working days)
Any additional charge will be inform to you before delivery.
4. The above postage are for 1-2 items only, with weight less than 500g. Additional RM2 will be added for any single item after that.
5. Once payment is confirmed, please allow 2-4 days for the item to be shipped out to you.
6. Each shipment comes with a tracking code. You can trace the items with the tracking code given to you at
http://www.pos.com.my/V1/main2.asp?c=/v1/TrackTrace/MainTrack.htm, or call up Pos Malaysia Customer Service Centre at
1300 300 300. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from us.
7. Please ensure there is someone in the given shipping address during daytime, as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. Otherwise, the parcel will be sent to the nearest PosLaju office and you are required to collect it yourself.
